These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of cleanvibesonly.com (the "Site") and the cleaning services provided by Clean Vibes Only LLC ("Clean Vibes Only," "we," "us," or "our"). By using the Site, requesting an estimate, or booking a service, you agree to these Terms.
Clean Vibes Only provides residential carpet, upholstery, rug, and mattress cleaning, and related cleaning services, in the Los Angeles metro area. The specific services performed are those described in your booking or confirmed on site.
Cleaning services are performed by trained, independent subcontractor technicians engaged by Clean Vibes Only. We remain your point of contact and stand behind the work performed under our name. To deliver your service, we share the information necessary to complete the job with the assigned technician (see our Privacy Policy).
Any prices quoted by phone, text, online, or through a lead platform are preliminary estimates only and are not guaranteed. Carpet, upholstery, rug, and mattress cleaning pricing depends on factors that can only be assessed in person — such as material, size, soil level, condition, and the actual scope of work. Final pricing is determined on site after the technician inspects the items to be cleaned, and is confirmed with you before any work begins. You are not obligated to proceed if the on-site price is not acceptable to you.
To perform the service, we require reasonable access to the property, working electricity and a water source, and reasonable parking near the service location, unless otherwise agreed.
Payment is due upon completion of the service unless otherwise agreed in writing. We accept Square (card), cash, Venmo, check, and Zelle, or other methods stated at the time of booking. Card payments are processed by Square; we do not store full card numbers. A fee may apply to returned or declined payments to the extent permitted by law.
We ask that you cancel or reschedule at least 24 hours before your appointment. If the technician arrives and cannot access the property or perform the work for reasons within your control (no access, no utilities, unsafe conditions), a trip fee — disclosed to you at the time of booking — may apply. We will make reasonable efforts to notify you of any delay or rescheduling on our end.
We stand behind our work. If you are not satisfied with the quality of a cleaning, notify us within 7 days of service and we will return to re-clean the areas of concern at no additional charge. The guarantee covers the quality of our cleaning work. It does not cover pre-existing damage, permanent or set-in stains that cannot be removed, normal wear, conditions outside the agreed scope, or issues caused after we leave (for example, re-soiling or walking on carpets before they are dry). To allow us to honor the guarantee, you must give us a reasonable opportunity to inspect and re-clean before arranging any third-party work or withholding payment.
Before service, please clear the areas to be cleaned of small items, secure or remove fragile and valuable items, disconnect and move electronics and breakables, and secure pets. Please tell us in advance about pre-existing stains, damage, delicate or specialty materials, and any known issues. Large or heavy furniture (and items beneath it) will generally remain in place unless agreed otherwise.
Cleaning results depend on the age, fiber, dye, construction, and condition of the materials. While we use professional methods and make every reasonable effort, we cannot guarantee removal of all stains and we are not liable for outcomes outside our control, including: permanent or deep-seated stains that cannot be fully removed; color loss, bleeding, or fading from non-colorfast dyes; shrinkage, browning, texture or pile distortion, or rippling related to fiber content, backing, age, wear, or fitting; pre-existing damage or wear; and odors arising from factors such as lack of ventilation. We will advise you of risks where reasonably apparent before cleaning.
To the maximum extent permitted by California law, Clean Vibes Only is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages. Our total liability arising out of or relating to a service is limited to the amount you paid for that service. You must report any claim of property damage to us within 72 hours of the service so we can inspect it; failure to report within this period may limit our ability to address the claim. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.
By providing your phone number and opting in, you agree to receive service-related calls and text messages from Clean Vibes Only (confirmations, reminders, dispatch updates, and post-service follow-up). Message frequency varies; message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out or HELP for help. Mobile opt-in and consent data are never sold or shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing. See our Privacy Policy for full details.
The Site and its content — text, images, logos, and graphics — are owned by Clean Vibes Only or its licensors and are protected by intellectual-property laws. You may not copy, reproduce, or reuse our content without our prior written permission.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Subject to the arbitration provision in Section 13, any dispute will be brought in the state or federal courts located in Los Angeles County, California, and you consent to that jurisdiction and venue.

Except for claims that qualify for small claims court, any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or our services will be resolved by binding arbitration administered by the American Arbitration Association under its Consumer Arbitration Rules, rather than in court. The arbitration will take place in Los Angeles County, California, or by videoconference. To the fullest extent permitted by law, disputes will be handled on an individual basis only, and you and Clean Vibes Only each waive the right to bring or participate in a class, collective, or representative action.
You may opt out of this arbitration provision by emailing hello@cleanvibesonly.com within 30 days of first agreeing to these Terms, stating your name and that you opt out of arbitration. This Section is governed by the Federal Arbitration Act. If any portion of this Section is found unenforceable, the remainder will still apply, except that the class action waiver is non-severable from the arbitration requirement.
We may update these Terms from time to time. The "Effective date" above reflects the latest version, and continued use of the Site or our services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance.
