Do I need to be home during the cleaning service?

For your initial free on-site estimate, yes, we kindly request someone 18+ is present. For the actual cleaning service, you're welcome to be home, but it's not mandatory if we've arranged access. Many clients give us access and come back to a sparkling space! We do recommend a quick walk-through with you at the end to ensure you’re thrilled. Totally up to you!

Will you move furniture?

Generally, nope for the big stuff! Our team can typically move lighter items like coffee tables, small chairs, or end tables. For larger, heavier pieces (beds, dressers, large sofas, entertainment centers), we ask that you please clear those items or the surrounding area if you'd like underneath cleaned. We'll discuss all furniture specifics during your free on-site estimate.

How do you handle delicate items like silk rugs or velvet?

With great care! Our lead specialist, Angel, brings over 20 years of expertise with delicate materials. During the on-site estimate, we'll meticulously inspect your items, identify the fabric or material type, and determine the safest, most effective cleaning method.

How does the "Instant Estimate" tool work? Is it a final price?

Our Instant Estimate tool gives you a quick ballpark price range based on the general info you provide. It’s great for initial planning! However, it's a preliminary estimate, not a guaranteed final quote, as on-site factors (actual size, condition, material type) can affect the exact scope.

Why is a Free On-Site Estimate necessary? What happens during it?

Absolutely! The free, no-obligation on-site estimate (usually 15-30 mins) is key for a precise, all-inclusive quote. Our expert will inspect your space, assess materials/conditions, discuss your needs, answer all your questions, and provide a detailed written quote on the spot. Zero pressure!

How much does a cleaning service cost? Is there a minimum charge?

Our minimum service value is $150, and there's a standard $35 service charge per booking. Most jobs typically range between $200–$400+, but this can vary based on the size of the area, the condition of the items, and the specific services & types of surfaces you need cleaned. What payment methods do you accept?

We accept all major credit cards, debit cards, and other common electronic payment methods for your convenience.

Are there any hidden fees I should know about?

Transparency is key! Your on-site quote is comprehensive for the agreed-upon services. The only potential additional fee, which we always discuss upfront if applicable, is a $90 Portable Equipment Fee. This may apply if parking is significantly distant or if service is required above the 2nd floor without an elevator, necessitating specialized equipment logistics.

What areas do you serve?

We proudly serve a wide range of neighborhoods across Los Angeles, Ventura, and Orange Counties, with a special focus on LA’s Westside (including Santa Monica, Westwood, Brentwood, Beverly Hills, Culver City, Encino, Sherman Oaks, Studio City, Calabasas, and more!). Our online booking tools help confirm if we cover your specific address. If you’re unsure, just reach out!

What are your service hours?

Our standard service hours are Sunday–Friday 8:00 AM–9:00 PM PDT (Closed Saturday). We aim for flexibility and will work with you to find a convenient appointment time.

What if I need to reschedule or cancel my appointment?

Life happens, we get it! Your booking confirmation email will include a link to easily reschedule or modify your appointment. We kindly request at least 24-48 hours' notice for any changes, so we can manage our team’s schedule effectively and serve all our clients efficiently.

Can I schedule recurring cleaning services?
