This Privacy Policy explains how Clean Vibes Only LLC ("Clean Vibes Only," "we," "us," or "our") collects, uses, and shares information when you visit cleanvibesonly.com (the "Site"), request an estimate, book a service, or otherwise communicate with us. Clean Vibes Only provides residential carpet, upholstery, rug, and mattress cleaning services in the Los Angeles metro area.

By using the Site or our services, you agree to the practices described in this Policy.

Information We Collect

Information you provide directly. When you request an estimate, book a service, or contact us, we may collect your name, service address and billing address, phone number, email address, details about the property and the work requested, and communications you send us.

Payment information. When you pay for a service, payment is processed by third-party providers — Square for card payments, and Venmo or Zelle where you choose to use them. We do not collect or store full payment card numbers on our own systems. These providers handle your payment data under their own privacy practices and applicable payment-security (PCI-DSS) standards.

Information from lead and advertising platforms. When you contact us through a third-party platform such as Thumbtack, Angi, or Google Local Services Ads, that platform shares your contact details and request with us so we can respond. Information you submit on those platforms is also governed by their own privacy policies.

Information collected automatically. When you visit the Site, we and our analytics and advertising providers may automatically collect device and usage information such as IP address, browser type, pages viewed, referring page, and similar log data, using cookies and similar technologies (see "Cookies, Analytics & Advertising" below).

How We Use Your Information

We use your information to:

Respond to estimate requests and provide quotes;
Schedule, confirm, dispatch, and perform cleaning services;
Process payments and maintain billing records;
Communicate with you by phone, text message, and email about your appointment, including confirmations, reminders, dispatch updates, and post-service follow-up or review requests;
Provide customer support and address service concerns or guarantee claims;
Operate, maintain, and improve the Site and our services;
Market our services, measure advertising performance, and reach comparable audiences (where permitted by law and your choices);
Comply with legal obligations and enforce our agreements.

SMS / Text Messaging and Phone Calls

By providing your phone number and opting in, you consent to receive calls and text (SMS) messages from Clean Vibes Only related to your service, including booking confirmations, scheduling and dispatch updates, and post-service follow-up and review requests. Consent to receive marketing or promotional texts is not a condition of purchasing any service.

Opt out at any time by replying STOP to any text. Reply HELP for help, or contact us using the details below.
Opting out of texts will not affect our ability to contact you by phone or email about a booked service.

Your mobile information is protected. Mobile phone numbers and SMS opt-in/consent data are not shared or sold to any third parties or affiliates for their marketing or promotional purposes. We share your phone number only with the technician assigned to your job and with the service providers that help us operate (such as our messaging and dispatch tools and telecommunications carriers) for the sole purpose of delivering the services and messages you requested.

How We Share Your Information

We share personal information only as described here:

Assigned service technicians (subcontractors). Cleaning services are performed by independent subcontractor technicians. We share the information needed to complete your job — typically your name, service address, phone number, and the scope of work — with the technician assigned to you.
Payment providers. Square, Venmo, and Zelle process payments you make to us.
Service providers. Vendors that support our operations, such as scheduling/dispatch software, messaging providers, email tools, and analytics, process information on our behalf under confidentiality obligations.
Advertising and analytics partners. We use providers such as Google and Meta (Facebook/Instagram) to measure and deliver advertising. See "Cookies, Analytics & Advertising."
Lead platforms. When you reach us through Thumbtack, Angi, or Google Local Services Ads, we exchange information with that platform as needed to connect and serve you.
Legal and safety. We may disclose information to comply with law, respond to lawful requests, or protect our rights, property, or safety and that of others.
Business transfers. If we are involved in a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, information may be transferred as part of that transaction.

We do not sell your personal information for money. Our use of advertising cookies and pixels may be considered "sharing" for cross-context behavioral advertising under California law; see your choices in "Cookies, Analytics & Advertising" and "Your California Privacy Rights" below. We never sell or share SMS opt-in/consent data, as noted above.

Cookies, Analytics & Advertising

The Site uses cookies and similar technologies to operate, measure traffic, and support advertising. We may use:

Analytics (e.g., Google Analytics) to understand how visitors use the Site;
Advertising pixels (e.g., the Meta Pixel and Google tags) to measure ad performance and show you relevant ads on other platforms.

Your California Privacy Rights (CCPA/CPRA)

If you are a California resident, you may have rights under the California Consumer Privacy Act, as amended by the CPRA. While Clean Vibes Only may not currently meet the thresholds that make these obligations mandatory, we honor the following rights for California residents:

Right to know the categories and specific pieces of personal information we collect, use, and disclose;
Right to delete personal information we hold about you, subject to legal exceptions;
Right to correct inaccurate personal information;
Right to opt out of the "sale" or "sharing" of personal information (including for cross-context behavioral advertising);
Right to limit the use of sensitive personal information;
Right to non-discrimination for exercising your rights.

Categories of personal information we collect: identifiers (name, address, phone, email); commercial information (services purchased); financial information processed for payment; internet/network activity (Site usage); and inferences for marketing. We collect this from you directly, from lead platforms, and automatically through the Site, for the business purposes described above.

Children's Privacy

The Site and our services are intended for adults. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 16. If you believe a child has provided us information, please contact us and we will delete it.

Third-Party Links

The Site may link to third-party websites and platforms we do not control. We are not responsible for their content or privacy practices. Review their policies before providing information.
