Our Make-It-Right Guarantee
If you're not happy with something we cleaned, tell us within 7 days. We'll come back and clean that area again, at no charge. If it still isn't right, we'll work it out with you fairly.
Before we start, we'll tell you about any stain or spot that may not come out. Some can't, like dye, bleach, sun fading or old pet urine damage.
Our guarantee doesn't cover pet odor results. We'll treat the area with care, but we can't promise the smell will be gone.
